Banana Pepper — The gentle side of the pepper family. Mild, sweet, and versatile, Banana Peppers are perfect for pickling, stuffing, or adding a subtle tang to salads and sandwiches. A great choice for gardeners who enjoy flavor without the burn.
Poblano Pepper — Mild to medium heat with a rich, earthy depth that makes it a staple in Mexican cuisine. Roast them for chiles rellenos, dice them into salsas, or add smoky complexity to soups and stews.
Wax Pepper — Sitting comfortably in the medium heat range, Wax Peppers bring a bright, tangy kick. Excellent for pickling, grilling, or eating fresh when you want a little more heat than a Banana Pepper without the intensity of a Habanero.
Habanero Pepper — For those who like it hot. Habaneros pack intense, fruity heat that lights up hot sauces, salsas, and marinades. A little goes a long way, and a single plant produces abundantly all season.
All pepper starts are nursery-grown at Twin Ponds Farm & Nursery in Lawrenceville, VA. Available in a 4″ pot or in 4-cell and 6-cell trays for gardeners planting in quantity. This product is pick-up only at the farm.
