Twin Ponds Farm offers day-old heritage breed chicks from our carefully managed flock.

Our Ameraucanas (Black, Blue, Splash, and Lavender), Lavender Orpingtons, and Easter Eggers are known for beautiful colored eggs, cold hardiness, and friendly temperaments – perfect for backyard flocks or small farm operations.

Each chick comes from our NPIP-certified breeding stock, ensuring you’re starting with healthy birds from tested parents.

Chicks are available seasonally during hatching season and can be reserved in advance.

All chicks are hatched on-site at Twin Ponds Farm under clean, controlled conditions. We handle each chick with care and ensure they’re strong and active before they leave our farm.

Because we maintain our own NPIP certification and follow strict biosecurity protocols, you can feel confident you’re bringing home healthy birds.

Live chicks are available for local pickup only at our Lawrenceville farm. We’re happy to answer questions about brooding, feeding, and caring for your new flock members.

Farmer's Market Pick-Up

Already planning to visit us at the market? Place your order online and we'll have it packed and waiting at our booth—no need to arrive early or worry about sellouts.

Shipped to Your Door

Can't make it to the farm or market? We'll ship your order directly to you. Select "Shipping" at checkout and we'll get your berries, plants, or eggs on their way.

The seller was very communicative and friendly. The eggs were individually wrapped in a towel, bubble wrap, tape, plastic bag, and with temp insulating wrap around everything. No eggs were broken. The eggs are beautiful shades of light olive and light tan. It took 6 days but that seems pretty reasonable since it's the week before Christmas.
