Hatching Egg Shipping Disclaimer

By purchasing hatching eggs from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Fertility & Hatch Rates – While we regularly check fertility in our breeding pens, we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to variables beyond our control, including handling during transit, x-raying during transit, incubation methods, and environmental conditions (freezing, heat). 
• Shipping Risks – Eggs are carefully packaged to minimize damage; however, shipping can expose them to rough handling, temperature fluctuations, and delays. These factors may affect hatchability. 
• Liability – Once eggs leave our possession and are accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or delayed delivery. All risk passes to the buyer at the time of shipment.
• Insurance & Claims – If shipping insurance is purchased, it is the buyer’s responsibility to file any claims directly with the carrier for lost or damaged packages. All shipments come with $100 of insurance but it is the buyers to purchase additional insurance if their order exceeds this amount.
• No Refunds or Replacements – Due to the perishable and unpredictable nature of hatching eggs, all sales are final.
